Ceremony Space
Guests will take a brief stroll from the spacious parking lot by the covered arena and reception space, down a maintained pathway through the trees, and across the quaint bridge over the seasonal creek, to find themselves at the ceremony space straight from a fairytale book. For guests with mobility needs, easy accommodations can be made.
Nestled under the towering pines, cedars, firs, and lovely oaks of Southern Oregon, a stone pathway leads up the aisle to the hand-hewn wedding arch, crafted by local artisans from native wood. Up to 250 guests can be comfortably accommodated on the live edge wooden benches, following the artfully, wandering aisle.
Brides have the option to either enter using the footbridge from the main parking lot - or you can add mystery by coming from a private entrance, hidden behind the trees.
Reception Space
An easy walking distance from the ceremony space, the large covered arena offers plenty of room to easily seat up to 250 guests, with additional room for vendors, lawn games, or whatever else you dream of at your wedding! In the event of unfavorable weather, the arena also offers an option for a covered ceremony. The packed ground makes for easy walking and dancing - or bring in a dance floor to party the night away!
With thoughtfully designed additions to the arena, you’ll have plenty of places to set up lights without worrying about any of them going out or your DJ not being able to play your dancing music!
Choose from our selection of chic, rustic decor items or bring in your own. For tables, chairs, DJs, food, and more, we have vendors we can recommend or you are welcome to bring in your own. We offer large amounts of flexibility for our brides to create their Southern Oregon dream ranch wedding!
