What We Offer

We offer a variety of budget-friendly wedding packages, so you can customize your day to your styles, preferences, and budget!

We have packages for different wedding sizes to accommodate your budgets, but we also have a number of optional day-of additions you can add to your package! These are services we are happy to provide, but are not required.

What The Venue Offers:

  • Pricing based on number of guests, with budget-friendly packages up to 250 guests.

  • Located only 10 minutes off I5.

  • Incredible natural beauty, such as the views of the surrounding hills and a seasonal babbling creek with a year-round pond.

  • Elegantly designed ceremony space with rock aisle and hand-hewn wedding arch with live edge seating for up to 250 guests.

  • Large covered arena with strategically designed power sources for your ceremony, reception, or both.

  • 80 acres of land for you to take photos in - or hold your ceremony or reception in, if that is the right choice for your wedding!

  • Parking for up to 250 guests.

  • Overnight parking for RV or trailers for out-of-town guests (dry camping, no water, sewer, or electrical hook-ups).

  • For weekend weddings: 3-day access to the venue, including a day for set-up and rehearsal, the day of the wedding, and the day after for clean-up before 10 am.

  • Getaways as late as 11 pm.

  • Options for your vendors - we have our preferred vendors we can recommend, but you can bring in whoever you want! If Grandma Sally wants to make your wedding dinner, go ahead and let her!*

  • Chic, rustic decor and lighting options you can choose form.

  • Lawn games for your guests and bridal party to enjoy.

Optional Offers For The Day Of:

  • Day Of Coordinator or comprehensive wedding planner, depending on your needs.

  • Set-up and tear down of tables and chairs.

  • Set-up and tear down of your decorations.

  • A parking attendant to help guide your guests.

  • Shuttle to and from the ceremony space (about a two-hundred-yard walk from the parking lot).

  • A beautiful horse for photos with you and your wedding party.

  • Cake cutting.

  • Champagne toast.

* While we are very flexible on vendors, we do require that alcohol is served by someone who is licensed and insured.

What You Will Need To Provide:

  • Some form of bathroom, such as an ADA porta-pottie, which we have several affordable vendors we can recommend. We are happy to help facilitate!

  • A location to get ready at. Currently, we offer stunning opportunities for portraits but we are working on a bridal suite and groom’s room. You are welcome to bring a trailer to the venue to get ready in.
